If you already hold a degree, the following checklist can be used to determine how the courses you have taken may meet the requirements for teacher licensure in Family and Consumer Sciences at Colorado State University . Approval of substitution courses is required by the Teacher Licensure office and a Family and Consumer Sciences advisor. Courses taken from other institutions will be considered transfer credits. *NOTE: In order to receive a degree and licensure from Colorado State University , a student must complete a minimum of 30 upper division credits from CSU (distance or on-campus) to fulfill the residency requirements. That said, 15 of the students last 30 credits for their degree must be completed on-campus at CSU.
